Cancellation fees only apply to your first week of care. All future weeks are fully refundable, always.

Cancel 7+ Days Before Care Starts

100% refund — full amount back

Cancel 3-7 Days Before

Week 1: 50% refund

Week 2+: 100% refund

Cancel 48 Hours - 3 Days Before

Week 1: 25% refund

Week 2+: 100% refund

Cancel Less Than 48 Hours Before

Week 1: No refund

Week 2+: 100% refund

Caregiver No-Show or Cancels

100% refund, always

Examples

7-day booking, cancel 12 hours before:

Refund: $0 (short booking within 48 hours)

14-day booking, cancel 12 hours before:

Week 1 (Days 1-7): No refund

Week 2 (Days 8-14): Full refund

21-day booking, cancel 4 days before:

Week 1: No refund

Weeks 2-3: Full refund

30-day booking, cancel 2 days before:

Week 1: 25% refund

Weeks 2-4: Full refund

After Care Starts

Cancel mid-booking:

Days already worked: No refund (care provided)

Current week: No refund (week in progress)

Future weeks: 100% refund, always

Why do you charge cancellation fees?

Caregivers decline other work to reserve time for your family. Late cancellations mean they have no backup income.

Why are future weeks always refundable?

We want you to book confidently. You're only committed to Week 1 — everything beyond that is flexible.

What if the caregiver cancels on me?

Full refund immediately + we find you a replacement + $100 credit if they cancel within 48 hours of start.
