We arrive bright and early to relieve the night shift (or your partner). We prepare a nourishing breakfast and plan the day’s rhythm so you don’t have to think about logistics.
While you take a long shower or a nap, we handle the baby's care, fold the laundry, and tidy the kitchen. This is your time to feel human again.
We sit with you during feeds to check latches or bottle pacing. We answer all the "is this normal?" questions—from umbilical cord care to your own physical recovery.
We prepare dinner for the family, set up the nursery for the night, and help soothe the baby during the fussy evening window before handing off at 7 PM.
