We arrive early to help with the "witching hour." We handle the bath, swaddle, and bedtime routine, allowing you to enjoy a quiet dinner or unwind before you even close your eyes.
While you are already fast asleep, we gently manage the late-night "dream feed" to top off the baby’s tummy, maximizing the length of their first sleep stretch.
The hardest part of the night is now our responsibility. We handle all diapers, burping, and settling. We only wake you if you are breastfeeding; otherwise, you sleep uninterrupted.
We wash bottles, tidy the nursery, and get the baby dressed for the day. We hand you a happy, fed baby at 7 AM so you start your day restored.
